Innovation of Hospital Culture Construction under the All Media Integration

Abstract: In the information age, new media has been prosperous and developed, and formed a unique propaganda advantage. But traditional media still have propaganda value. At present, new media and traditional media infiltrate each other and constitute "all media". In order to establish a good image, the hospital gradually uses "all media" to publicize the cultural brand. Portal websites, WeChat, Weibo, TV, radio, newspapers and so on are all propaganda tools used by hospitals. This paper mainly studies the significance of using all media to carry out hospital culture construction and explores the practice method of all media fusion in hospital culture construction.
