Practical Research on Innovating the Second Classroom Education System in Colleges and Universities——Take the Non-parallel platform of Changshu Institute of Technology as an Example

Abstract: Faced with the demand for applied talents in the new era of economic development, local undergra-duate colleges and universities have transformed to application-oriented colleges and universities to cultivate students' practical and innovative abilities. Innovating the second classroom education system in colleges and universities is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people. The second classroom and the first classroom collaborative education mechanism need to be established urgently. The relevant system of innovative practice credit replacement should be added to the talent training program, and at the same time, the traditional curriculum assessment and evaluation mechanism should be reformed. This paper takes the non-parallel platform of Changshu Institute of Technology as an example to conduct research on the innovative practice of the second classroom education system in universities.
