Exploration of Management Strategies for External Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Integration of Industry and Education

Abstract: External teachers in higher vocational colleges, have dual attributes of externality and education there are some problems in the management of external teachers in some higher vocational colleges. Based on this background, this article focuses on the optimization of the management of external teachers in vocational colleges: Firstly, it is necessary to improve the employment management of external teachers, strengthen assessment and rewards, and support both on and off campus; Secondly, it is necessary to increase training support for external teachers, strengthen pre job training and communication between teachers, students, and teachers; Thirdly, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of teaching quality and efficiency, and innovate methods to leverage the advantages of practical training and internship guidance; Finally, it is necessary to build and optimize a school enterprise cooperation mechanism, and achieve comprehensive connectivity and cooperation between school and enterprise.
