Research on Demand Analysis and Training Countermeasures of Composite Technical Skill Talents in Modern Agriculture and Forestry Field

Abstract

Abstract: As the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy, the importance of compound technical skilled talents in modern agriculture and forestry has become increasingly prominent. In order to better carry out the practical research of personnel training program formulation, higher vocational colleges must understand the development status of talents in modern agriculture and forestry and the demand of compound technical skilled talents. Base on analysis and research, this article proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the cultivation of compound technical talents in modern agriculture and forestry from the aspects of curriculum system, curriculum ideology and politics, teachers and so on.
