Abstract: Under the background of " Great wisdom moves clouds ", the position of accounting and financial personnel are repositioned, which has a certain impact on the training of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges. Based on the reality of higher vocational colleges, this paper explores a new mode of training accounting talents in higher vocational colleges under the new background of " Great wisdom moves clouds " from the comprehensive consideration of adjusting the relevant content of the accounting course system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and changing the traditional teaching mode.
