A Probe into the Ways to Improve the Professional Ability of Vocational Education Teachers

Abstract: In today's society, the role of vocational education teachers is receiving increasing attention. However, how to improve the professional ability of vocational education teachers is still an urgent problem to be solved. The purpose of this article is to explore ways to improve teachers'professional abilities, including training, degree education, and course resource sharing. The literature review section summarizes the concept and evaluation system of vocational education teachers'professional competence, and probes the existing ways to improve their professional competence. The research results show that there are various ways and means to improve teachers'professional ability, and the most suitable way should be selected according to different actual situations. Future research should focus on further exploring and evaluating the application effects of these promotion pathways.
