Abstract: To understand the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship competition in higher vocational colleges of traditional Chinese medicine and the factors influencing the awards, survey questionnaires were made at the level of school management, teachers, and students. The results showed that the management system of TCM vocational colleges was still in the stage of exploration and construction. There was a positive correlation between teachers'knowledge and ability reserve and school policy (P<0.05). Student gender, grade, participation intention, subjective cooperative learning and course challenge positively affected the award of innovation and entrepreneurship competition (P<0.05). It puts forward some suggestions to optimize the school management system, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and pay attention to the construction of competition system under the guidance of “three integration”.
