Exploration of the Teaching Method Based on the Integrated Theory and Practice for Radar Meteorology Course

Abstract: Radar meteorology, as a compulsory basic course for undergraduate students majoring in atmospheric science, has strong theoretical and practical significance. However, the current teaching mode of this course has problems such as a wide range of content, slow updating of teaching content, and weak connection between theory and practice. This article analyzes the significance of the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice, as well as the problems in course teaching. Specific reform measures for the integrated teaching mode are proposed from the aspects of teaching content, teaching methods, teaching system, and teaching assessment methods.
