Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship and the rise of employment and entrepreneurship services for college students, how to improve the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship and promote employment through entrepreneurship is a challenge faced by various universities. Based on the theory of entrepreneurship education, a moderating model was constructed for the impact of entrepreneurial services in applied universities on the abilities of entrepreneurs. Through the analysis of the questionnaire data of 118 entrepreneurs from Zhejiang University Entrepreneurship College Alliance, the results show that entrepreneurship teaching, entrepreneurship incubation and entrepreneurship policy have a significant positive impact on the innovation management ability and opportunity grasping ability of college students'entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurship awareness is partially regulating the relationship between college entrepreneurship services and college students' entrepreneurship ability. Finally, relevant suggestions are proposed from improving the entrepreneurship teaching system in universities, building an entrepreneurship incubation platform, promoting and implementing entrepreneurship policies, and stimulating students'entrepreneurial awareness.
