Study on the Cultivation of College Students’ Ability of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Perspective of Cross Culture

Abstract: “The Belt and Road” has brought unprecedented opportunities for the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities. The integration of cross-cultural elements in innovation and entrepreneurship education plays a vital role in satisfying the needs of national innovative construction. This paper reviews the literature of innovation and entrepreneurship in the cross-cultural perspective. It analyzes the ability as important as cross-cultural attainment from three aspects: the intercommunity between them, the national standard on the teaching quality of higher education institutions, and the basic qualities of citizens. The paper proposes three ways to cultivate college students’ ability of innovation and entrepreneurship, which are creating a cross-cultural environment, taking advantage of The Belt and Road and carrying out the university globalization.
