Analysis of the Innovation Ability of Academic Master's Students in Financial and Economic Universities

Abstract

Abstract: Academic master's students focus on academic research and innovation capabilities, and are an important force in economic construction and social development. This paper takes academic master's students from financial and economic universities as the survey subjects, and analyzes the research innovation ability and influencing factors of graduate students based on questionnaire survey data. The results indicate that the overall innovation ability of academic master's students is not strong, and there are significant differences in innovation ability among master's students in different majors. Individuals, mentors, courses, and schools are important factors that affect graduate students’innovation ability. Based on this, relevant suggestions are proposed on how to enhance the innovation ability of academic master's students.
