On the Positive Significance of Teaching Ability Competition in Vocational Colleges to the Improvement of Teachers' Ability

Abstract: This paper analyzes the influencing factors of teachers' participation in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges, probes into the present situation of teachers' teaching ability in vocational colleges, points out the main problems, and analyzes the positive significance of teachers' participation in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges. On this basis, it puts forward some suggestions on teachers' participation in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges, aiming at further improving teachers' enthusiasm and initiative in participating in the teaching ability contest in vocational colleges, helping teachers accumulate teaching experience, and building a high-quality teaching team in vocational colleges.
