Background Analysis and Path Analysis of College Students' Labor Education in the New Era

Abstract: Labor ideology has a long history as the fundamental ideology for promoting the development of the times, but in the context of rapid economic development, there are situations where inaccurate grasp of labor characteristics leads to labor being "weakened" and labor education being marginalized. Therefore, labor education in the new era should face the reality and highlight the penetration of Chinese excellent traditional culture; Avoid theoretical empty talk and comprehensively consolidate practical efficiency; Break the disciplinary barriers and realize the full integration of labor education. And then realize the path exploration of labor education, and put forward that labor education is to strengthen the labor education of top-level design; It is practical labor education strengthened to build an integrated teaching system; It is a comprehensive labor education based on comprehensive training.
