Exploring the Strategy of Integrating Community Education Resources from the Perspective of Lifelong Learning

Abstract: The long-term development of community education depends on the quality of educational resources. The integration of various social resources based on the perspective of lifelong learning is conducive to ensuring the lifelong learning needs of community residents, alleviating the shortage of community education resources, and promoting the path of internal development of community education. At present, the main providers of community education in China need to improve their ability to integrate resources, participants have insufficient internal motivation to integrate resources, and the education administration has not yet issued a perfect incentive mechanism. The practice of community education resource integration should follow the principles of people-oriented, regional and inclination. By integrating regional resources to cultivate special projects, by integrating human resources to strengthen team building, and by building a sharing platform to achieve resource interoperability.
