Research on the "Double-Qualified" Teachers Teaching Innovation Team under the School-Enterprise Cooperation Model

Abstract: In the context of school-enterprise cooperation, the construction of "double-qualified" teachers' teaching innovation team is a common demand for national vocational education reform, enterprise transformation and upgrading, and vocational and technical personnel training quality improvement. In view of the difficulties in the construction of teachers' innovative teams under the school-enterprise cooperation model, such as imperfect policy system, insufficient cooperation effectiveness, "dual-teacher" structure to be optimized, lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, weak foundation of team collaboration, this article proposes that vocational colleges should deeply explore the advantages of school enterprise cooperation resource platforms, multiple measures have been taken to carry out the construction of a "double-qualified" teacher teaching innovation team to improve the strength of the school's teachers.
