Research on an Innovative Mode of Talent Cultivation in College English Speaking from the Perspective of “Integration of Entrepreneurship and Professional Education”

Abstract

Abstract: A“course + contest”dual-track interactive mechanism of talent cultivation was developed based on the concept of“integration of entrepreneurship and professional education”. The dual-track mechanism involved the course of flipped classroom college English speaking in Shenyang University of Technology and its selection and training system for English speaking contests. Forming a four-dimensional deep integration of teaching and competition in “teaching content, practice mode, evaluation standards, and teacher team”was formed. The mechanism reflects top-level design, saves educational resources, and promotes education on innovation and entrepreneurship.
