Evaluation of Curriculum Objectives Achievement of Food Additives Based on OBE Mode

Abstract: In this study, the food additives course was taken as an example, based on the concept of OBE and the graduation requirements, the curriculum content and goals were reasonable designed, the relationships were built between the graduation requirements, the curriculum content and goals, in addition, the method of curriculum goals achievement, evaluation method and scoring rules were formulated. It is showed that the curriculum objectives achievements are helpful to improve and optimize the teaching design of food additives, improve the teaching quality. This study provides reference of objectives achievement for the other courses of food.
