Research on the Cultivation Mode of Double Tutor System for Postgraduate of Pharmacy in Local Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Abstract: In view of the limited platform of local colleges and universities, our school adopts the double tutorial system to improve the training quality of pharmaceutical graduate students. The training mode of double tutorial system makes up for the shortcomings of local universities in terms of discipline frontier, scientific research platform and practical ability training in terms of postgraduate talent training through joint teaching, interdisciplinary, industry university research cooperation, etc. This paper discusses and analyzes the specific implementation strategies, contents, challenges and suggestions of the double tutorial system in combination with the specific situation of our school, and provides a reference idea for local colleges to carry out the training of the double tutorial system model.
