Research on the Construction Path of First-Class Undergraduate Specialty in Local Universities

Abstract

Abstract: Professional construction is the foundation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities. To improve the quality of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities and achieve connotative development, the construction of first-class undergraduate specialty is the only way. The paper starts from the significance of the construction of first-class undergraduate specialty in local colleges and universities, analyzes the connotation and main objectives of the construction of first-class undergraduate specialty in local colleges and universities, and puts forward the main paths for local colleges and universities to promote the construction of first-class undergraduate specialty from several aspects, such as changing the ideological concept, cultivating professional characteristics, scientifically formulating talent training programs, building first-class teachers and improving professional quality guarantee system, in order to improve the main objectives are to improve the quality and level of professional construction of local universities and to promote the quality of talent cultivation.
