Research on the Training Path of “Double Qualified” Teachers in Electronic Information Specialty under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

Abstract: The integration of production and teaching is an important starting point for the construction of "double qualified" teachers. However, at present, the training of "double qualified" teachers in application-oriented undergraduate universities lacks systematic and scientific design, leading to the imperfect assessment and incentive mechanism of teachers. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the double qualified teachers of electronic information specialty in application-oriented universities. This paper expounds the training strategies from three aspects: sharing resources, establishing a joint training platform, establishing a cooperative evaluation and incentive mechanism, and constructing a scientific and reasonable teacher training system. The construction of the "double qualified" teaching team of electronic information specialty can effectively optimize the team structure, improve the overall level of the teaching team, and promote the high-quality development of the specialty.
