Abstract: In the process of talent training, application-oriented colleges and universities should consciously integrate the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship into professional teaching, cultivate innovative thinking, enhance the ability of entrepreneurship, drive employment with entrepreneurship, to alleviate the current college graduate’s employment pressure has a positive help. This paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to train innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the aspects of establishing and improving the education system of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities, and promoting the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents jointly by government, enterprises and schools.
