Abstract: In the context of the requirements of the national innovation and entrepreneurship education policy, we propose countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the context of content fit and method transmutation. This paper explains the transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and analyzes the status of innovation and entrepreneurship education at home and abroad; proposes countermeasures based on content transformation at the levels of faus on technology, explore saence and education integration, drawon successful experience and form university model; proposes transmutation proposals based on method innovation at the levels of creation and sharing, research and exploration, virtual and practice, and subject and object; in order to provide further exploration and practical transformation of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
