"6+2" Advanced Teacher Innovation Ability Enhancement Practice Model——A Case Study of the "National Training Program" for Young Teachers

Abstract: Innovation ability is the core quality of teachers and the important content of building high quality teachers. Based on the practical experience of the“National Training Program”for young teachers and combined with the existing research, this paper points out that teachers' innovation ability in the new era should focus on the cultivation of creative talents at different stages of education, and is composed of learning innovation ability, teaching innovation ability, scientific research innovation ability, and innovative practice ability. Finally, this paper refines the "6+2" advanced practice model of teacher innovation ability improvement, in order to provide theoretical and practical research reference for the research of Chinese teachers' innovation ability.
