Discussion on the Cultivation Ways of Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges Under School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract

Abstract: The current society is in a critical period of industrial structure adjustment, the society's demand for high-tech talents is also increasing, and the importance of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education for talent training is becoming more and more obvious. Higher vocational colleges should clarify the basic skills and requirements of students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and then continue to improve students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability with the help of the school-enterprise cooperation model. Mainly analyzes the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in higher vocational education under school-enterprise cooperation, and puts forward the problems existing in school-enterprise cooperation, and takes effective solutions to ensure the improvement of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
