Research on the Construction Path of Teachers' Teaching Innovation Team in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of "Three Education" Reform

Abstract: The "three education" reform is a work requirement based on the reform of higher vocational education. It needs to take work countermeasures from the three levels of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods to build a more scientific and efficient education system. Focusing on the construction path of teachers' teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges under the background of "three education" reform, this paper briefly expounds the basic connotation of "three education" reform and the current situation of teachers' teaching innovation team construction, and puts forward the path of teachers' teaching innovation team construction, in order to provide suggestions for the reform and innovation of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.
