Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, the construction measures and practices of enhancing the innovation ability of pharmaceutical graduate students through the cooperation of "industry-university-research-rpplication" are expounded by analyzing the background of the background, the demands of the industry and enterprises, and the requirements of the applied universities for the cultivation of high-quality talents. Lay a foundation for pharmaceutical graduate students to better adapt to the needs of national and local industry enterprises for graduate innovative talents; It can provide reference for different levels of colleges and universities to design training objectives, training mode, training scheme and operation mode, and cultivate high-quality pharmaceutical postgraduate innovative talents for the society.
