Using TRIZ Innovative Method to Improve the Gangue Separation Rate of Intelligent Dry Separator

Abstract: The DFS intelligent dry separator of Dongfang Measurement & Control adopts dry coal separation technology, uses X-ray to identify the coal and gangue on the conveyor belt, judges the shape and speed of the gangue, and opens the corresponding nozzle, and changes the movement trajectory of the gangue by blowing high-pressure air. , and finally achieve the separation of gangue. DFS intelligent dry separator can separate 50-300mm lump coal, the largest model DFS40-300 series has a processing capacity of up to 380t/h, can be unattended, and can replace manual selection, moving screen jig, and shallow trough sorting machine, etc. In this paper, based on the TRIZ method, the injection mechanism of the intelligent dry separator is improved, which can better improve the separation rate of gangue. Meet the production requirements of the site, increase the proportion of clean coal, improve coal quality, and improve economic benefits.
