The Path Exploration of Teachers' Teaching Innovation Team Construction——Take the Teaching Innovation Team of Railway Traffic Operation Management as an Example

Abstract: The quality of the "double-qualified" teacher team construction is a key factor determining the high-quality development of vocational education. This paper takes the construction practice of the national-level teacher teaching innovation team of railway transportation operation management of Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example to analyze and research, and explores the methods and paths between vocational colleges and enterprises to build a "double-qualified" quality teacher team under the background of "Double-High Plan", provide useful experience for the current vocational education to deepen the integration of production and education, innovate the education model and build a "double-qualified" teacher team.
