Research on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Agricultural Colleges under the Background of “New Agricultural Science”

Abstract

Abstract: The concept of "New Agricultural Science" has pointed out a new direction for local colleges and universities to build the cultivation mode of agricultural talents in the new era, deepening the reform of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local agricultural colleges and universities, and played an irreplaceable role in the development of modern agricultural economy and the transformation of agricultural colleges and universities. Based on the background of "new agricultural science", this paper addresses the shortcomings of traditional agricultural talent cultivation mode, takes Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University as an example, explains the reform and practice of innovative and entrepreneurial talent cultivation mode, and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation practice of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural colleges, in order to make the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agricultural science continuously adapt to the new needs of regional economic and social development.
