Construction and Reflection on the Talent Training Mode of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Whole Education Chain——Take Economics as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a new educational concept. It is very important to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of personal talent training. Based on the analysis of the problems of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training, from the three aspects of thinking, quality and ability, this paper uses four teaching links and multiple support platforms to build a "four in one" whole education chain innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode. This paper also reveals the implementation effect of the "four in one" talent training mode, and further puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training mode and promote the innovative and entrepreneurial talents training.
