Abstract: In recent years, competitive discipline competitions have received extensive attention from universities and students because they are technical, competitive and Ornamental, and focus on developing students’ comprehensive abilities including, design, manufacturing, cost control, marketing, communication and coordination. However, it is difficult for managing the competition team due to its large scale and complex students’ background. To improve the management efficiency and competition level, we explore the construction of the competition platform, and build a RACE management system, including system, architecture, training, culture, engineering. By strengthening the cooperative service and management between colleges and universities, self-organized student team is realized. The proposed RACE management system has been applied in the management of college students' competition teams. A group of well-organized, fearless and energetic teams have been formed, and the expected results have been achieved.
