Training Practice of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents of Biological Major in Agricultural Colleges

Abstract

Abstract: ：Biological innovation and entrepreneurship talents are an important support for the development of modern agriculture, and high-quality biological innovation and entrepreneurship talents are the main direction of talent training today. As an agricultural biology talent training unit in Heilongjiang Province, how to cultivate college students who are suitable for the development of modern agriculture in Heilongjiang Province through innovation and entrepreneurship activities has been the focus of this research group. We have summarized in detail the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training and the existing measures, and on this basis, relying on the Biological Basic Experimental Teaching Center of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University, through the actual innovation and entrepreneurship cases, we have proposed a set of biological industry innovation and entrepreneurship talent training plan and implementation plan suitable for agricultural colleges and universities. After years of implementation, we have achieved practical and effective results. This study provides experience and reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in biological industry in agricultural universities.
