Abstract: Flipped classroom is a teaching model with students as the main body and teachers for guidance. By building an online teaching platform, the network teaching resources were optimized. The teaching contents were designed carefully, and all knowledge points were micro-classized throughout the course. By self-learning before class using superstar online learning platform, combined with offline practice and group discussion, the blended teaching model of flipped classroom was practiced, which could guide students to learn independently and based on discussion and inquiry. Thus, the blended teaching model effectively improved the teaching quality and promoted the improvement of students' abilities, which also made the teaching of Medical Organic Chemistry better adapt to the educational requirements of the new era.
