Innovative Practice of Talent Training Mode of the Marketing Major under the Background of Digital Economy——Take Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an Example

Abstract: Under the influence of the digital economy, the original training mode of marketing talent has been falling behind, which can not meet the needs of social development, therefore, it is urgent for universities to explore a new training mode of marketing talent under the background of digital economy. Taking Shanghai University of Engineering Science as an example, this paper analyzes the innovative measures and practical effects of the four-in-one training mode, which includes“curriculum system innovation, production and teaching integration, training combined with competition, quality assurance support”. This kind of talent training mode aims to promote universities to combine the characteristics and needs of the digital economy, can promote universities to cultivate the innovative marketing talent for the development of new economy by innovating the curriculum system, promoting the integration of industry and education, optimizing the faculty, and strengthening the quality assurance.
