The Innovation and Practice of Case Teaching of Pharmaceutical Administration Based on OBE Concept

Abstract: Pharmacology management is one of the main courses of pharmacy, designed to help students correctly deal with and solve all kinds of practical problems in pharmaceutical work. In the actual teaching process, the traditional teaching and case demonstration methods are insufficient to meet the actual needs of modern pharmaceutical enterprises and institutions, most students after graduation still need to re-learn the vast majority of the main knowledge of pharmaceutical after employment. The OBE education teaching concept with ability as the core and results-oriented education has become the mainstream concept and important quality assessment standard of education reform. This concept emphasis on “student-centered” “value shaping, ability training, knowledge transfer Grant". Based on this, combined with the concept of case teaching and OBE, this paper will start with the current situation, the new requirements, and the innovative practice of case teaching, and discuss the reform and practice of the case teaching mode based on the OBE concept.
