Construction of Network and Communication Industry College Based on Multi-Party Cooperation

Abstract

Abstract: The wide application of 5g technology has promoted the rapid development of the network and communication industry. At present, the society urgently needs talents with the ability to solve complex engineering and technical problems. The traditional talent training model is difficult to meet the current industrial demand for talents. Through the establishment of a multi-party collaborative education mode, such as government, administration, enterprises and schools, the creation of a talent training base, the construction of a curriculum system and a talent training program, and the updating of the school enterprise cooperation mechanism, we can realize the joint education of talents and the sharing of achievements, and provide a replicable, borrowing and popularized mode for application-oriented talent training universities.
