Research on the Path of Improving the Ability of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project Team from the Perspective of Human Resources Integration——Take Colleges and Universities in Ningxia as an Example

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important carrier for colleges and universities to achieve talent training goals. With the in-depth development of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, there is still a gap between the university innovation and entrepreneurship project team and the development needs of the new era in terms of quantity structure, ability and quality, management configuration, etc. Starting with the current situation and problems of human resources combination of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, this paper analyzes the internal relationship between human resources theory and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, reflects the necessity of integrating human resources management education into innovation and entrepreneurship education, and puts forward the path of human resources integration of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, hoping to continuously improve students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability and improve the overall level of innovation and entrepreneurship projects.
