Practical Exploration of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Education in Applied Universities Based on German Experience

Abstract: At present, many domestic colleges and universities are actively promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education, but cultivating innovative talents still can not get rid of the traditional professional talent training mode. This paper explores the unique innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode of German universities, learns from its advanced experience, constructs a new innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of application-oriented universities, and helps to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship talents. The college where the author works has introduced the "management +" mode in the practice of innovative talent training, explored multi-channel ways of student selection through action research, built a regular training mechanism for teachers' innovative teaching ability, carried out in-depth innovation and reform of teaching methods, and provided reference for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Applied universities.
