Research and Practice of the Constructing Cultivation System of Subject Competition Innovation Ability Based on TRIZ Theory

Abstract: With the development of diversification and high-level of subject competition, the traditional mode of cultivating innovative ability based on student competition is facing many problems. By studying the content and characteristics of TRIZ theory, this paper analyzes the combination of TRIZ theory and the cultivation system of subject competition innovation ability, and puts forward the implementation content of the constructing cultivation system of subject competition innovation ability based on TRIZ theory. Including: constructing curriculum group based on the the guidance of subject competition innovation ability, reforming teaching methods, constructing innovative teachers, setting up public elective courses, implementing subject competition evaluation mechanism, etc. This will provide a new cultivating mode of innovative talent for undergraduate education.
