Individualized Management of Primary School Music Classroom Teaching

Abstract: Individualized education is an important concept of personnel training in the era of knowledge economy. Based on the implementation of "new curriculum standard and new curriculum reform" in primary school music in our country, more and more music teachers begin to realize the importance of individualized management of music classroom teaching. However, due to the particularity of the subject of "music" in the primary education system, there have long been some problems, such as insufficient attention, single method, lagging innovation and so on, so that the individualized music needs of students can not be met. This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of individualization of music classroom teaching in primary schools, and then puts forward effective management strategies.
