Construction and Exploration of “Four Ones” Education System of College Students' Scientific and Technological Innovation——Take the Construction of College Students' Scientific and Technological Innovation System in the School of Computer Science of Shandong University of Technology as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Innovation is the soul of a nation's progress and the inexhaustible motive force for a country's prosperity. University is the important source of scientific and technological innovation, and main force of cultivating scientific and technological innovation talents. On the basis of analyzing the significance and principles of cultivating innovative talents of science and technology in university, this paper presents "scientific and technological innovation plus" as an approach of cultivating innovative talents, this approach integrates the four elements of "major", "association", "competition" and "base" with innovative talents cultivating, empowers the innovative talents cultivating system, this paper also presents some innovative points such as ideological guidance, league building and assistance, and building a base with ideals and beliefs to educate people.
