Establishment of Practical Teaching Evaluation Standard for the Cultivation of Applied Talents of Pharmacy Specialty Based on CIPP

Abstract: High quality practical teaching is the guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality pharmaceutical applied talents. In order to achieve the high quality of practical teaching, the evaluation mechanism of practical teaching must be improved and perfected. In this study, four primary indicators were set up, and on this basis, 11 secondary indicators of key evaluation observation points were set up, a practical teaching evaluation system was established by adopting the internationally widely used improved oriented evaluation model (CIPP) and combining the characteristics of pharmacy specialty. With a view to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the effect of practical teaching in pharmacy. At the same time, we should constantly improve and improve the quality of practical teaching, finally, we would better cultivate pharmaceutical application-oriented talents.
