Abstract: At present, the employment situation of college graduates is very serious. Only by improving their employability can college graduates succeed in the fierce talent market competition and realize their life value. college students' employability is a dynamic concept. With the change of social employment market environment, its content needs to be constantly enriched and improved. The key elements of employability are professional ability, general skills, personal quality and career planning ability. At present, some college students still have deficiencies in these aspects. Therefore, in order to improve the employability of college students, colleges and universities need to continuously optimize the school running mode and curriculum, improve their self-awareness, and enhance their awareness and belief in active employment; Enterprise employers should also clarify the employment needs and strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities.
