Exploration on Collaborative Education of School-Enterprise Preschool Education “Post Course Competition Certificate” under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: Under the perspective of industry and education integration, higher vocational colleges preschool education professional "Post Course Competition Certificate" integration is the demand of the professional employment, professional qualification certificate examination standards, related skills competition standards, and professional personnel training curriculum system integration design, the formation of preschool education professional comprehensive education system. The training of the content and standards for preschool education professionals have been improved, and the vocational ability of preschool education students is highly consistent with the professional needs of their positions, and the high-quality employment rate has been improved. Promoting the improvement of the quality of talent training through the integration of post certification courses not only promotes the innovative reform of the talent training mode, but also plays a good role in promoting the connotation of preschool education major.
