The Dilemma and Path of Innovative Talent Cultivation Supported by Network Learning Space

Abstract: The cultivation of innovative talents has become the focus of global education reform. There are still some difficulties in the training of basic innovative talents in China, such as the insufficient diversity of evaluation body dimension, the imbalanced development of education and the reform of teaching methods. Network learning space provides new ideas and ways to solve the problem of cultivating innovative talents: First, build multi-role participation model based on network learning space to form educational synergy. Second, build a resource co-construction and sharing service model based on network learning space to achieve education balance. Thirdly, teaching and learning activities supported by learning space help to transform teaching methods. Fourthly, the data analysis and decision system based on network learning space can realize multi-dimensional teaching evaluation.
