Practical Exploration of Organic Integration of Labor Education and Professional Education for Normal University Students

Abstract: At present, most of normal colleges and universities in our country have not set up labor education major, and the training of professional labor education teachers still needs a long time to realize. The organic integration of labor education and professional education for normal university students in the existing normal education majors can effectively improve the labor literacy of normal university students and the teaching ability of labor education courses, and realize the purpose of conveying high-quality labor education teachers for basic education. This paper expounds the practical exploration of the organic integration of labor education and specialty education for normal university students from four aspects: talent training scheme design, curriculum system construction, practical teaching system construction, teaching management and teaching evaluation system construction.
