Study on the Relationship Between Volunteer Service and Strengthening Students' Learning Drive in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: There is a close relationship between voluntary service and strengthening the learning drive of students in higher vocational colleges. Voluntary service can deepen ideological guidance, strengthen practical skills and promote professional identity, which has significant effect on improving the learning drive of students in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should pay special attention to the improvement of students' voluntary service level and strengthen the construction of students' voluntary service education system. Volunteer service can be integrated into the four projects of ideological guidance, practical education, cultural education and network education in higher vocational colleges, so as to cultivate high quality and professional compound talents catering to social needs.
