Abstract: The college community is vividly called the second classroom, shoulding the mission of educating people with culture and practice. Under the background of the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and reinvigorating the country through talent, giving full play to the role of educational organizations in colleges and universities is conducive to the improvement of the daily management level of schools, highlighting the value of educational activities, and really let the community activities become the campus cultural life practice education classroom. The premise is to do a good job in the guidance and management of the construction of college student associations, leading the development of college student associations towards a benign direction. This paper mainly discusses the construction, management and development of college student associations under the background of the new era. Based on the mission and operation of college associations, it explores the effective development path of the associations, so as to make the associations full of vitality and complete the mission of educating people.
