Abstract: Practice teaching has an important influence on the choice of employment areas for college students. Based on the survey data of 7 local universities in Jinhua, this study uses the Todaro population flow model to empirically analyze the impact of the local internship teaching of college students from other places on the local employment willingness. The influence of local internship teaching experience of college students on the local employment willingness of colleges and universities is heterogeneous. Compared with men, participating in local internships has a more significant impact on the willingness of female college students to find jobs around colleges and universities. Compared with non-only children, participating in local internships has a more significant impact on the willingness of only children to find jobs around colleges and universities. Compared with students who have a high level of understanding of local employment policies, participating in local internships has a more significant impact on students who have a low level of understanding of local employment policies to find jobs around colleges and universities.
