Abstract: In the all media era, there are some new characteristics in the data service of university library, including the transformation from the concept of physical collection to the concept of digital collection, mobile reading becoming the mainstream and improving the quality of library service. At the same time, there are also some difficulties, such as imperfect infrastructure, shortage of all media technical talents, and failure to effectively integrate data resources. This paper mainly analyzes these difficulties and highlights three countermeasures: improving infrastructure, increasing capital investment, improving all media skills of library managers, and establishing a perfect book data resource integration mechanism.
